To better serve our customers, and to keep prices low and equipment quality high we are adjusting our equipment rental process.

Beginning 1 April we will no longer have a fixed location in Kapaa Industrial Park. We will continue our normal "on-time" scheduled deliveries but we will also now provide drop off/pick-up at specific locations in Waimanalo, Enchanted Lake, Kailua, and Kaneohe for smaller tools.

3 Ways to get your equipment:

• Scheduled Delivery - Reserve no later than 24 hours in advance and schedule delivery, all deliveries complete by 0900 (Normal delivery charges apply)
• "Day of request with Routed Delivery" - meet WER driver at coordinated drop off/pickup location (No charge). No show charges will apply; driver will wait 10 minutes from coordinated meet time.
• "Day of request Job Site or home Delivery" – ask for a quote. (Normal charges apply, based upon location)

We are equally dedicated to taking the time to help with equipment selection and education on the proper use/safe handling of the equipment. Our rental process will save you both time and money! Prior to your equipment rental, check out our inventory online, make your selection and submit a quote request through the online catalog. You will then be emailed an invoice and contract to pay and sign virtually. Pay online and have the equipment delivered or ready for pickup. No waiting or uncertainty! Scheduling online 48 hours in advance is preferred.
